Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your ClearSpot order.

14-day returns. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or partially used patch packs cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not need to pay return shipping.

Contact us first. Please email ceskiclaw@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed.

Where returns go. Our products are fulfilled through partner warehouses, so returns are not always sent to a single address. Once you contact us, we will confirm the correct return address and instructions for your order.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving or approving the return.
